At Something Went Wrong, we want to ensure your satisfaction even when things don't go as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
- 3.Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind until the return is processed.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
